Nerve Floss­ing

Hope you’re enjoy­ing this beau­ti­ful week­end weather!

Just thought I’d share a link with you that I found to be very help­ful while deal­ing with sci­atic pain. It’s a prac­tice called nerve floss­ing and it’s it really helped to calm that shoot­ing pain when a sim­ple posi­tion such as sit­ting, was ter­ri­bly uncom­fort­able. I found that by doing these sim­ple exer­cises on a daily basis, I was feel­ing much bet­ter in just a few days. If you’ve ever suf­fered with sci­atic pain, then I’m pretty sure you’d have tried just about any­thing to relieve it.
