Fitness and food are my two great passions in life, notwithstanding my love for my incredible husband and two terrific kids. As a certified personal trainer, group fitness and spin instructor, I feel so blessed to be able to do what I truly love every day. For me, the greatest gift I’ve been given in life is my health and I cherish it always.
If I’m not on my bike, running or weight training, you can find me in the kitchen preparing easy, great tasting, healthy meals that my whole can enjoy together. I hope to share those recipes with all of you.
