Hi, I’m Beth; thanks for stop­ping by and vis­it­ing. I hope you’ll find a touch of inspi­ra­tion, loads of infor­ma­tion and a vari­ety of deli­cious, easy and healthy food ideas for you and your fam­ily to enjoy.

Fit­ness and food are my two great pas­sions in life, notwith­stand­ing my love for my incred­i­ble hus­band and two ter­rific kids. As a cer­ti­fied per­sonal trainer, group fit­ness and spin instruc­tor, I feel so blessed to be able to do what I truly love every day. For me, the great­est gift I’ve been given in life is my health and I cher­ish it always.

If I’m not on my bike, run­ning or weight train­ing, you can find me in the kitchen prepar­ing easy, great tast­ing, healthy meals that my whole can enjoy together. I hope to share those recipes with all of you.
