Oat Bran for Breakfast!

Hi everyone,

Just thought I’d share with you my new favourite break­fast food.…oat bran!

I know, it doesn’t sound all that excit­ing, but let me tell you, it’s so yummy!!

I was get­ting kind of bored with my big bowl of oats every morn­ing and I hap­pened to come upon an arti­cle prais­ing the nutri­tional good­ness of oat bran. All I did was sim­mer 12 cup of oat bran in 1 cup almond milk and 34 cup of water. It cooks really quickly, about 3 min­utes and it’s done. I added some cin­na­mon and a sprin­kle of splenda and it was awe­some! My daugh­ter also made the switch!
